Frank & Ron Hotel-Motel Supply, Inc.

Frank & Ron Hotel-Motel Supply, Inc., was founded on January 8^th, 1975 by Frank Kalyan.  Frank moved from Fiji in 1974 when he purchased an independent motel in Oakland, California.  A year later he formed Frank & Ron along with his sons Ron and Bob Kalyan.  This was a side-business idea at the time selling just towels and sheets to other local motels in the San Francisco Bay Area.  In 1996 the company expanded to a warehouse in San Leandro and now provides full operational supplies and furniture, fixtures and equipment.  In 2021 we went virtual and provide nationwide distribution selling even more products as you see on our website.
