EV Owned and Operated Option 1: NO COST. NO RISK. NO MAINTENANCE.
Think of this option the same as a vending machine model. We provide the EVSE onsite along with an all-inclusive maintenance plan.
• There is NO cost for the site host to have the EVSE installed.
• Once the EVSE is operating, the site host receives 10% of the net charging revenues.
• There are options for the site host to take ownership of the EVSE after 5 years and retain up to 50% of the net charging revenues.
• 100% hassle free and hands-off service for the site host.

Charge as a Service – Site Host Ownership Option 2
The Charge as a Service Option is similar to the EV Owned and Operated model with the following exceptions:
• The Site Host owns the EVSE through our Charge as a Service financing with $0 out of pocket (On Approved Credit)
• The Site Host retains 90% of the Gross charging revenues.
• The Site Host retains rebates and incentives. ***
• Once the system is commissioned and operating, the site host has a flat-level fixed payment for the term of the service.
• Complete operation and maintenance included for the term of the service.

Site Host Purchase Option 3
The Site Host Purchase Option is for Site Hosts who have a budget to cover the cost of the EVSE purchase and installation.
• The Site Host retains 90% of the gross charging revenues.
• The Site Host retains rebates and incentives. ***
• Ongoing operation of the EVSE network is provided for no monthly or yearly cost. *
• Optional ongoing maintenance plans available

*We have no monthly or yearly network connection fees paid by the site host. Instead, the EV driver pays a $1.00 session activation fee per charging session and we share the charging revneues with the site host that were paid by the EV Driver.
**Site approval is based on a number of factors such as EV adoption in the area, availability of power for the EVSE, availability of federal, state or local rebates and incentives, etc.
***We have an in-house team to research, confirm, apply for and attain rebates and incentives that can either be paid directly to the site host or paid to us to reduce the total project cost.
